1. What this is

sentimentLive is a studio0x product that collects short written feedback and turns it into themes and alerts for event teams. The event pulse page is a studio0x demonstration shown at IMEX America 2026. It is not an official IMEX survey and IMEX does not endorse it.

2. Your answers

Answers are anonymous: we do not ask for your name, phone number or an account. By sending an answer you let studio0x keep it and use it to improve its products, and share it with the show organizers in summary or as short quotes with email addresses and phone numbers removed. Please do not include personal information, or anything about other people, in your answer. If you do, we may keep it too. Our Privacy Policy explains what we store and how to ask for deletion.

3. Contact requests

If you ask us to contact you, we use the details you give to reply to you personally, by the method you chose. That is not a signup for marketing or survey messages. You can ask us to stop or to delete your details at any time.

4. Acceptable use

Do not send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, do not submit answers in bulk or by automated means, and do not try to disrupt or gain access to anything you are not meant to reach. We may remove answers and block traffic that does.

5. Not an emergency service

We do not monitor this page for emergencies or urgent personal needs. If you need urgent help, contact local emergency services.

6. No warranty

The demo is provided as is. Scores, themes and suggestions are generated automatically and can be wrong, so event teams should check them before acting.

7. Governing law

These terms, and how we handle your information, are governed by the laws that apply to studio0x LLC and, where they give you rights, by the privacy and consumer-protection laws of the place where you live. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under those laws.

8. Changes and contact
