1. Who We Are

studio0x LLC (“studio0x”, “we”, “our”) operates eventOS and sentimentLive, AI-powered event intelligence tools. This policy covers how we collect, use, and protect personal information, including information collected through SMS messaging.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

  • Your mobile phone number when you opt in to receive SMS messages
  • Survey responses and feedback submitted through our platform
  • Event participation data (anonymized by default)

3. SMS Messaging

By scanning a QR code or submitting your phone number on our platform, you consent to receive SMS messages from studio0x related to the event you are attending. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your SMS opt-in consent is never shared with third parties for their own marketing use.

3a. Anonymous Event Pulse (web form)

The event pulse page asks one short question at a time and accepts a free-text answer. It does not ask for your name, phone number or an account, and sending an answer does not sign you up for any messages. We store the text of your answer, the question it answered, an automated sentiment score and topic tags, and the time. To limit abuse we also keep a keyed, one-way hash of your network address, which we use only for rate limiting and never display. We keep answers and may use them to improve our products. Answers may be shared with the show organizers, in summary or as short quotes with email addresses and phone numbers removed. Please do not include personal information in your answer; if you do, we may keep it too. The pulse page is not monitored for emergencies.

The page also has an optional “contact me” form. If you use it, we store your name, how you asked us to reach you, the contact details you give, and any note you add, together with the wording you agreed to. That information is kept separately from your answers and is not linked to them. We use it to follow up with you one to one, and we may keep it afterward to improve our products. It is not shown to the show organizers. To have it deleted, email privacy@studio0x.io.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Send event-related survey questions and follow-up messages via SMS
  • Provide event organizers with anonymized aggregate sentiment data
  • Improve the functionality and reliability of our platform

5. Data Retention

SMS opt-in data and phone numbers are retained only for the duration of the event unless you request earlier deletion. After the event concludes, personal identifiers are purged within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us at privacy@studio0x.io.
